Virtual Coaching process

Step One: Goals & Action Plan

An Online Needs Assessment will be completed by the participate before the first 1-on-1 Virtual Coaching Session to help determine specific coaching needs for professional growth in the following areas: 

  • Classroom Management
  • Classroom Setup/Layout
  • Positive Interactions & Guidance
  • Communicating with Parents/Customer Service
  • Integrating Age-Appropriate Activities
  • Lesson Planning


Together we will establish goals and customize an individualized action plan to match the unique strengths, needs, shared understandings, and the desired outcome during our first 1-on-1 Virtual Coaching Session.   

Step Two: Virtual Observations

Participants must have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with video capability and reliable internet access to upload and submit Classroom and activity photos and/or video before the first 1-on-1 Virtual Coaching Session and along our journey to measure growth.  

Step Three: Reflective Dialogue

Each 1-on-1 Virtual Coaching Session will end with a Reflective Dialogue.  Here we will discuss the Goals & Action Plan strategies to help improve or refine effective practices and reflect and celebrate growth.
